| Job Description |
MITS is a new generation IT company who provides premium services and consults in IT solutions for both local and international support. We are an IBM business partner and most of our solution base on IBM Tivoli and Websphere software suite. We also have experiences in deliver the best IT solution to our customers in many different business sectors.
Job reponsibilities:
* Implement, maintain, and support our IT solutions with IBM software (Tivoli, WebSphere)
* Support sales activities by giving technical information to demonstrate those features to customers
* Get customer requirements then analyse solution to reach their needs
* Handle technical questions and expectations from client
* Investigate the problem to find a root-cause and provide solutions or possible workarounds to the client
* Technical support(Proof of Concept) that includes solving faults and problems,or leverage the use of software features

| Qualifications |
* Thai nationality
* Female/Male with work experience 0-2 years
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* Love to learn new technologies and willing to share knowledge to team
* Responsible, self-discipline, self-confidence, enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Experienced on Microsoft Windows Server and/or Unix
* Knowledge in networking concept, network security, web technology and directory service
* Knowledge in network protocals
* Familiar with command line mode is a plus
* Experienced in IBM Softwares is a plus
