The System & Tools team is responsible for develop the tools which will be used internally within Customer Technical Service (CTS) organization. The example of the tools under responsibilities is:

Technical Operation Note – the system which provides information on the deployment standard to field engineers globally.

Global Software Gateway – Thomson Reuters’ central software repository for both internal and external customer globally

End to End Ordering Process Tool – the tool to show the stage of client’s order since the order created until complete implementation

GSCS Product Announcement System – The tool to provide announcement on new product release, product migration and product obsolesces to the user globally


Responsibilities

•    Coordinate with stakeholder globally to understand requirement
•    Participate in requirement analysis , create, design specification and design system infrastructure
•    Create development project plan
•    Develop unit test, system test and integration test before rolling out.
•    Implement the new developed system
•    Prepare system documentation and perform user training
•    Participate in support & maintenance activity including Enhancement Implementation and Debugging (Bug fixing)
•    Provide technical support to the user
