Job Description
Brief overview of roles
• Implementation of ISO27001 information Security Management System,security control framework based on ISO27002 code of practice and ISO9001 Quality management system.
• Developing a periodic review & audit plans of ISO9001 and ISO27001 for strategic data centre in Asia, Europe and America, coordinates with other operational staff and local management in order to conduct the IT audit in accordance to the program.
• Track and/or close audit of Information Technology (IT) security controls compliant with corporate policies, industry standards such as ISO27001, ISO 9001 and/or regulatory requirements.
• Track and/or close audits against the implemented IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
• Assist in maintaining the IT security, quality management and ITSCM frameworks to ensure that it continually improves and contributes towards the business objectives
• Document and maintain sufficient, reliable and relevant policies / standards/ guidelines to achieve the control objectives of the ISO certification program
• Provide data management and information management support for the ISO certification program
Job Qualifications
Required Skill, Knowledge and Experience
• Excellent commands of both spoken and written English
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Information Technology or any relevant fields
• At least 2 years of working experience in the IT industry, preferably security or audit field
• Experience in planning, performing and closing IT audits in the capacity of an external auditor, consultant and/or internal auditor
• Demonstrate a good understanding of industry security frameworks such as ISO27001, COBIT, and ITIL
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing
• Logical and methodical approach to tasks and problem solving
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to travel- up to 10 weeks per year. Willing to work various hours and locations.
• Thai national or must be legally able to work in Thailand without the company having to obtain a work permit.
Desired Skill, Knowledge and Experience
• Working experience in IT data centre operations for multinational organisation
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certifications
• Experience and/or certification in ISO27001 and/or ISO9001
• Working experience/knowledge in ITIL and/or Business Continuity
