Thomson Reuters Calculators suite is a set of decision making tools targeted for Front Office users. They are asset specific and follow market conventions (Fixed Income, Money Market, Commodities…). They are integrated into the Thomson Reuters desktop product.
 
Based on a functional specification document, the person will design, implement and document components that capture the business logic required to achieve the objective. Successful candidate will join Eikon desktop development team base in Bangkok that have to collaborate with Product management team globally to deliver result.
 
Responsibilities :
 
•Participate in functional specification review and create design specification
•Use the Reuters Calculator development environment to build and manipulate Business Logic components
•Access Reuters data through APIs and financial pricing library (Adfin) to gather required inputs and run the required calculations for the models
•Create/Update unitary tests for the Business Logic components and also conduct review, Unit-Testing, and Integration Testing to ensure quality of the deliverable
•Participate in support & maintenance activity including Enhancement Implementation and Debugging (Bug fixing)
 
Additional information:  80% on enhancement and 20% on maintenance
